Awareness Through Movement classes
in the Feldenkrais Method

Awareness Through Movement® classes cultivate a deep and individual learning experience, through mindful, guided movement. Working with sensory-awareness, slowness, and learning, you are invited to explore the unfolding of layers of your learning and individual potential, and how to experience more capacity for choice, creativity and wellness.

These lessons are offered as quiet, individually-based explorations, within a group setting. They are open to ALL ADULTS, including those with neurological difficulties, injuries, or other challenges. They are also very useful to those in athletics and the performing arts, and those training in any highly specialized activity, as a new pathway.

Feldenkrais® work can benefit everyone. Slowing down and sensing oneself, brings a deeper experiential understanding where we can choose more comfort, less effort, and greater pleasure in movement … and in life. Movement is in everything we do, whether we are a long-distance runner, an office professional sitting 8+ hours per day at a desk, an elderly person, or a small child. We are movement!
