Sandrine Harris is honored to collaborate with both attendees and co-teachers on international retreats in mindful movement and meditative practice. Blending several modalities including principles from the Feldenkrais Method, mindfulness and breathwork, Sandrine offers a heart-based practice to enrich your daily life, to learn about yourself and be in the moment of presence and self-care, and to connect and share with others.
Language: Sandrine offers her teaching in English, and also speaks French, with a working knowledge of several other languages. She is accustomed to making all of her work accessible to people from every walk of life, as well as those for whom English is a foreign language.
